How Shipping Works
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we forward your specifications directly to the Amarr manufacturing facility. Your door is built to your exact measurements.
Manufacturing
Amarr manufactures your custom garage door using premium materials and quality control processes. Manufacturing time varies based on current production schedules.
Direct Shipment
Your door ships directly from the factory to your address using a specialized freight carrier. You'll receive tracking information once the shipment is in transit.
Delivery Coordination
The freight carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. Most carriers offer curbside delivery - you'll need to be present to inspect and accept the shipment.
Important Delivery Information
- •Inspection Required: Inspect the shipment for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Note any damage on the receipt.
- •Curbside Delivery: Standard freight delivery is to the curb or end of driveway. Moving the door to your garage is your responsibility.
- •Be Present: Someone must be available to receive and inspect the delivery. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window.
- •Access Requirements: Ensure the delivery truck can access your location. Large freight trucks may have difficulty with narrow streets or limited clearance.

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your door. We work to secure the best freight rates and pass savings directly to you.

We currently ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or international locations at this time.

What If My Door Arrives Damaged?
While our specialized carriers take great care, shipping damage can occasionally occur. Here's what to do:
